Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can the work be started?
Waiting times are dependent on the time of the year. We are usually able to start soon after acceptance of a quote to ensure the job is done in a timely manner with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
Are your quotes firm?
Once a quote is accepted you will not be charged any more than that amount to complete the work which was specified. Any extra work or variation to the job will be discussed and only performed when agreed to.
What paint do you use?
We use premium products which are selected specifically for your job. These products carry the Environmental Choice Certificate and are low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds which contribute to atmospheric pollution). Where possible we use water-based paints which are low odour and won’t leave nasty fumes once we have completed the work for you to put up with.
Do you supply the paint and products?
Yes. We use trade accounts to enable savings over retail costs. This keeps the price down and avoids the need to do any running around when more is needed. Our quotes include the cost of paint and products unless otherwise stated.
